Used to rotate the mullion
axes on a curtain wall.

When executed, it rotates the mullion grid (within boundaries of
curtain wall frame) in the direction of movement of cursor in both vertical and
lateral axes. The panels are reorganized in the new layout by readjusting their
sizes and numbers and retain the host properties.
Note: Press shift to cycle
through each/all axis states.
